The Holstein champion stallion of 1980 Caletto II, is an almost perfect personification of the Holstein breeding goal: Noble and expressive in type, long-bodied, with correct conformation, excellent basic gaits and exceptional jumping ability.
Caletto II left behind a number of stallion sons in only four years of covering. These include Cantus, Caretino, Corleone,Cascadeur, Calvin, Cadillac, Cellebrio, Calgary, Chamonix and Calwahn. Calletto II is also remarked to pass athletic prowness through his daughters. Classic Touch became Olympic champion under Ludger Beerbaum in 1992 in Barcelona. Caletto II was a significant stallion of Thoroughbred, performance type. Harmonious and deep bodied. Clean correct legs and feet. Good walk and trot with an magnificent canter.
