Cantus era hijo directo de Caletto I (Cor de la Bryere) y su madre desciende directamente de Roman, el hijo del mas que afamado angloarabe Ramzes.De la descendencia del holsteiner Cantus, se destacan: Canturo (madre por Calando I-Cor de la Bryere), que con el brasileño Bernardo Alves ganó el Gran Premio de Madrid, fue 2º en el Rey del mismo concurso, ganó el Gran Premio Europa de Aachen en 2005, 2º en 2004 en la Copa del Mundo de Vigo, olí­mpico, mundialista. Calvaro V, plata individual y por equipos olímpica, ganador de Grandes Premios y Copas de Naciones con el suizo Willi Melliger. •Cantate Z, ganadora con el brasileño Rodrigo Pessoa. •Naomi, ganadora con el canadiense Mario Deslauriers. •Cloudy Nigth, ganadora de Gran Premio con el británico Tim Sokdale. •Come One, ganador con el alemán Ludger Beerbaum. •Stella VIII ganadora de Gran Premio con la suiza Dehlia Ouvray.

Stamm 8145 Ahorn Z was a large framed bay stallion with good presence and top-line. He had a beautiful face and slim riding horse neck. Good shoulder, wither, croup connection. A good mover and great jumper through a tight front end. He became an international jumping legend with the Dutch team competing in many World Cups and Grand Prix . He was approved by most German breeding registries and sired among others the famous Acord brothers, Acord I, Acord II, and Acord III. His offspring are often of his type and size. They have beautiful haunches and are good movers that show great jumping ability. Ahorn Z transmits courage, determined character and sincere force and structure without removing class.
