land of birth SY Syria Or.Ar. bred near Bozra. 1852 Babolna, 1856 Vienna Dahoman was the sire of 96 Dahama 1853, Mlecha-Mniejsza 1867, Dahoman III 1855 and of Dahoman. He was bay, bred in 1846 near Bozra by the Djelas Tribe of the Anazeh. He was purchased in 1852 by Major von Gottschligg for Babolna. In 1856 he was sent to the Artillerie-Equitation in Vienna whence he was later acquired by Count Juliusz Dzieduszycki for his stud at Jarczowce.
