Carpaccio was ranked in Holstein as #1 in the breeding index with a score of 145. He was champion of his 100 day test and won his class at the Bundeschampionat. He is the sire of the 2002 Approvals Champion Chico's Boy. The USEF national working hunter champion Cabardino is also by Carpaccio. Caretino is one of those outstanding sires that produces both movement and jump in one beautiful package. He is the sire of numerous states premium mares and at least eighteen approved stallion sons. His sons Carpaccio, Cockney, and Cheenook are considered some of the best-moving stallions produced in Holstein. Caretino is by the fantastic sire Caletto II, winner of the 1980 stallion approvals and considered to be the embodiment of the Holsteiner breeding goal.
